For 25 years, I have focused on what makes hotels successful in the long term. My perspective brings together the property, the concept, the market and the commercial outlook – as a foundation for informed decisions and clear positioning.
Experience as General Manager, Director Business Development and Managing Director, along with twelve years in Brazil, shapes my work. It combines entrepreneurial thinking with an understanding of different markets, cultures and business models.
Through FRITZ HOTEL CONSULTING, I have advised owners, investors, developers and hotel operators since 2010. I help them assess potential, develop hotel concepts, reposition existing properties and find suitable operating and brand partners.
My aim is to provide advice that gives direction and moves decisions forward: with a clear strategy, robust figures and recommendations tailored to the property and my clients’ objectives.
